Planning permission was granted to allow the demolition of an existing 1940′s bungalow to be replaced with a Huf Haus.

Ecological surveys identified small numbers of brown long eared bats roosting in the roof space of the existing bungalow. By design, a Huf Haus lacks a roof space, so bat mitigation was provided above a new garden store. Under licence from the Welsh Government, the bat house was completed prior to the existing bungalow being demolished.
